Handling and Transportation (H&T) Services are provided as part of warehousing operation to bulk depositors, if requested by them against a nominal supervision charge of 10% on the H&T bills of the contractors.

WBSWC provides H&T services through enlisted H&T contractors, who are selected on the basis of competitive rates through proper tendering process.

H&T service comprises of the following activities:

• Unloading from railway wagons and loading on trucks.
• Transportation to godowns.
• Unloading and storing at godowns.
• Delivery to the dealers from the godowns.
